Click on the Menu button (menu) in the top left corner of the App.
You'll see an option for "Support"
From here you can call us, search through our help documentation or submit a support ticket.
This will begin a text conversation directly from your cell phone to the first available employee.
If you ever need help in the future, you can continue talking through the text thread already established.
