From 2014 - 2017, SoSmart was a dealer for a larger nationwide company. Over those few years, SoSmart realized that it wasn't able to provide the service that it intended for its customers. As a dealer, SoSmart felt as though its hands were tied.
In 2018, SoSmart had grown enough to branch out on its own. SoSmart could provide the products, services, monitoring, customer care and warranty to its customers.
Today, SoSmart services & installs customers across all of Oklahoma.
When I think of customer happiness, I think there are 2 key ingredients:
1. Employee Happiness: Employees are happy, taken care of and apart of an organization they believe in
2. Products & Services: Do the products provided work exceptionally well? Are the they easy to use? Is the services such as monitoring working fast and effectively? Can the products evolve as technology grows?
